About the Role
This role is responsible for autonomously designing and executing omnichannel (Web, CRM, App, Console, LINE) strategies focused on engaging PlayStation players in the Japanese market, taking full ownership of the results. Based on a unique understanding of Japanese players, this position will contribute to business growth (PS5 play and engagement) through the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This is not just about executing initiatives, but about acting as an 'Execution Owner' who consistently handles hypothesis design, prioritization, and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop omnichannel strategies, including marketing campaigns for the Japanese market.
- Optimize global strategies for the Japanese market and redesign them for the Japanese player experience.
- Build consistent narratives across multiple initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of numerous campaigns.
- Manage the entire process from planning to execution, effect verification, and improvement.
- Maximize execution quality, speed, and consistency.
- Design initiatives based on Japanese player behavior and preferences.
- Operate an improvement cycle based on KPIs (engagement, conversion, etc.).
- Identify issues and translate them into actionable steps.
- Collaborate with global and Japanese teams.
- Prioritize tasks and coordinate execution.
- Manage and resolve execution risks.
Requirements
- Knowledge, interest, and understanding of the Japanese game market.
- 3-5+ years of practical experience in digital marketing for the Japanese market.
- Practical experience with Web/CRM/digital channels.
- Execution ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Ability to independently drive processes from hypothesis design to improvement.
