About the Role
The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is an elite, award-winning, full-time, paid initiative designed to prepare recent university graduates for leadership roles through hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum at Marriott International managed hotels.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships
- Champion innovation within the organization
- Manage projects and people
- Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through a dedicated project
- Execute special projects utilizing training
- Participate in management meetings
- Collaborate with global program participants
- Solve operational challenges and offer innovative solutions
- Provide feedback on the program curriculum
Requirements
- Graduation from a university or hotel school within the past year
- Current enrollment in a university with an expected graduation date within 12 months of application
- Bachelors degree or equivalent higher level education
- Associates degree acceptable for Culinary discipline
- Superior critical-thinking skills
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to self-manage and act as a self-starter
- Demonstrated desire for personal and professional growth
- Work authorization in the country of application
