About the Role
This role focuses on the integration and steering of new carriers and companies, involving collaboration with management, COOs, and departments. It includes building and developing an Integration Office (PMO), planning and executing integration plans, defining milestones, and harmonizing governance, processes, and structures. The position also involves integrating central functions, managing transformation and change processes, fostering cultural integration, leading interdisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication, optimizing business processes, and identifying digitalization and automation potentials.

- Developing and implementing integration plans and roadmaps
- Defining milestones and prioritizing measures
- Harmonizing governance, processes, and structures
- Integrating central functions (HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Communication)
- Supporting transformation and change processes
- Promoting cultural integration
- Steering interdisciplinary project teams
- Ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing business processes
- Identifying digitalization, automation, and synergy potentials
- Developing best practices and continuous improvement processes
- Monitoring progress, KPIs, and milestones
- Deriving measures for deviations
- Reporting to management and committees
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Social Management, Organizational Psychology, Educational Management, or comparable fields
- Several years of experience in post-merger integration, project management, M&A processes, change management, consulting, or organizational development
- Analytical strength, structured working method, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to mediate complex topics between different stakeholders
- Experience in process optimization and quality management
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- High social competence, assertiveness, and team orientation
- Proficient in digital control and administration systems
- Very high willingness to travel
