About the Role
This 12-month contract role as an APAC HR Operations & Solutions Analyst involves managing HR-related inquiries, serving as a subject matter expert on HR policies and processes, and supporting end-to-end associate lifecycle management. The position also includes benefits and leave administration, providing data insights, and assisting with reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple in-take channels and act as a point of contact for HR-related questions from associates and colleagues.
- Refer questions to appropriate resources or direct individuals to the correct person or team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, processes, and tools.
- Partner with other HR functions as needed.
- Provide consultation to the broader HR team to ensure accuracy and true intent within the system.
- Provide local support to HR functions not represented locally.
- Advise global HR team members on local complexities.
- Manage end-to-end processes for associate movements from offer to termination.
- Manage end-to-end processes for associates’ personal life events.
- Manage processes, documents, and data in accordance with data privacy and integrity principles.
- Use and improve existing tools and processes.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new tools and processes.
- Seek to continuously improve processes and documents with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
- Participate in regional or global projects as assigned.
- Administer benefits in accordance with local requirements and processes.
- Share relevant benefit information with payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage absences in line with country requirements, including tracking, occupational health, and informing payroll.
- Provide data and insights to drive benefits and associate management strategy.
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training HR Operations associates.
- Customize training based on audience.
- Proactively share learnings with the Europe & APAC team.
- Assist other HR Operations teams as needed.
- Generate ad hoc reports and identify actionable insights through data analysis.
- Contribute ideas in meetings for project or process improvement.
- Participate in discussions about new ideas.
- Prioritize work with guidance as needed.
- Exercise autonomy by making independent decisions and taking ownership of tasks and projects.
