About the Role

Reflex Aerospace is a leader in advancing satellite technology within the German space industry. Join a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, shaping the future of space exploration.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing accounting tasks including posting of business transactions (customers, suppliers, bank).
• Reconcile general ledger, customer, and supplier accounts.
• Process payments, including SEPA direct debit runs.
• Maintain master data and perform general administrative duties in the finance department.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Contribute to the creation of provisions, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare documentation for tax advisors, auditors, and authorities.
• Support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
• Assist in analyzing the profitability of projects and cost centers.
• Participate in budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity analyses.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses for management and other departments.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, FACT, or a comparable field, or completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Initial professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally from a startup or scaleup environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting according to HGB; knowledge of German tax law is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a precise, structured, and self-directed work approach.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to help shape new processes from scratch.
