About the Role

We are seeking a client-facing Instructor to deliver corporate training programs focused on the effective adoption of AI tools. This role requires a blend of technical hands-on expertise and commercial maturity to teach professionals how to leverage AI coding agents and frontier models within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging workshops on OpenAI Codex, frontier models, AI-assisted software development, and prompt engineering.
  • Teach practical AI engineering workflows including code generation, debugging, testing, and pull request reviews.
  • Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences ranging from software engineers to senior business leaders.
  • Adapt curriculum and training materials to suit specific client industries and technical maturity levels.
  • Build and deliver live demonstrations of AI tools supporting real-world business tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and desired business outcomes.
  • Provide learner support, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide participants through hands-on activities.
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide recommendations for continued AI adoption.
  • Educate learners on AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible deployment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OpenAI product releases and continuously improve course content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development, technical training, or AI implementation.
  • Strong familiarity with modern software development workflows including Git, IDEs, and CLI tools.
  • Practical understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to teach, coach, or mentor adult learners.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
