About the Role
We are seeking a client-facing Instructor to deliver corporate training programs focused on the effective adoption of AI tools. This role requires a blend of technical hands-on expertise and commercial maturity to teach professionals how to leverage AI coding agents and frontier models within enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging workshops on OpenAI Codex, frontier models, AI-assisted software development, and prompt engineering.
- Teach practical AI engineering workflows including code generation, debugging, testing, and pull request reviews.
- Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences ranging from software engineers to senior business leaders.
- Adapt curriculum and training materials to suit specific client industries and technical maturity levels.
- Build and deliver live demonstrations of AI tools supporting real-world business tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and desired business outcomes.
- Provide learner support, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide participants through hands-on activities.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide recommendations for continued AI adoption.
- Educate learners on AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible deployment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OpenAI product releases and continuously improve course content.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development, technical training, or AI implementation.
- Strong familiarity with modern software development workflows including Git, IDEs, and CLI tools.
- Practical understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven ability to teach, coach, or mentor adult learners.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
