About the Role

A-SAFE Australasia is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for their Eastern Creek location. This role is responsible for the successful national and international delivery of stock and offers a long-term career opportunity in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Loading & unloading vehicles including containers
• Ensuring the quality & integrity of all products is always maintained
• Working to and maintaining Health & Safety standards and safe ways of always working
• Ensuring that internal & external timed deliveries meet customer requirements
• Operating in line with Standard Working Practices and procedures to maintain accurate inventory control
• Working independently or as part of a team
• Maintaining set housekeeping standards in all work areas
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager and assisting where required
• Working to continuous improvement methodologies
• Stock counting
• Picking and packing orders to agreed timeline and targets

Requirements

• Experience of working within a warehousing environment
• Good understanding & experience of working to the highest Health & Safety standards
• Working within a continuous improvement environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate that high standards & operating practices can be maintained
• FLT Counterbalance/High Reach license
• Safety orientated
• Collaborative and a team player
• Results driven
• Able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Ability to lift items up to 15 kilos
• Ability to complete tasks involving repetitive motions, twisting & bending
• Full working rights within NSW Australia
