About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand seeking an Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of the website, which is the main engine of the business. This role involves managing the platform, trading, CRO, and roadmap, reporting into the Head of Growth.
Responsibilities
- Own trading and revenue, including day-to-day website performance, subscription management, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage the Shopify platform end-to-end, including SKUs and bundles.
- Implement and manage a live CRO and testing program based on customer insights.
- Manage the web development agency relationship, including briefing and accountability for site builds and technical changes.
- Direct the output of the in-house design resource for web and CRO projects.
- Report on key business metrics such as revenue, conversion, and AOV.
- Translate data reporting into clear, actionable next steps.
Requirements
- Solid experience in ecommerce, ideally within a DTC or subscription business.
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience, including managing a platform with a high SKU/bundle count.
- Proven track record of driving CRO and conversion improvements through testing.
- Comfortable owning and briefing agency relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, confident in extracting insights from GA4 and platform data.
- Experience in a subscription or D2C consumer goods business (desirable).
- Exposure to international ecommerce growth, particularly in the EU (desirable).
