About the Role
This role focuses on member acquisition, expanding our membership base, and engaging with high-caliber events and forums. You will be responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative annual goals, meticulously documenting acquisition activities, and contributing to member retention and integration.
Responsibilities
- Independent member acquisition from analysis to portfolio presentation
- Expansion of our member base by processing qualified or self-generated contacts
- Regular presence at high-caliber events and forums
- Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative annual goals
- Careful documentation of member acquisition activities in our database and support in maintaining database records
- Participation in member retention, especially the integration and support of new members
Requirements
- Interest in economic policy in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region, entrepreneurial topics, and strong identification with the association's values and the social market economy
- Several years of professional experience in marketing/sales
- Ideally, experience in member acquisition for an association
- Strong communication and assertiveness, highly member- and service-oriented, and convincing through entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident and presentable demeanor
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of databases
