About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead More in Common’s global and multi-country work.
- Develop, coordinate, and advance initiatives through cross-country collaboration.
- Focus on work that is more effective or fundable at the global level, such as multi-country research, thought leadership, and external partnerships.
- Engage in fundraising, leveraging existing relationships with philanthropic and institutional funders.
- Coordinate with country directors and identify opportunities for global programs to support national strategies.
- Represent More in Common at a senior level in conferences, roundtables, and bilateral meetings.
- Stand in for the CEO when necessary.
Requirements
- Commitment to More in Common’s mission and values.
- Proven track record of designing and managing complex projects, ideally opinion research, across multiple geographies or institutional contexts.
- Experience in external representation at a senior level, including engagement with international networks, partnerships, and high-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and at least one of French, German, Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese.
- Significant leadership experience within an international or multi-country organization.
- Demonstrated success in global fundraising, including proposal development and managing relationships with major funders.
- Ability to lead through influence, working effectively with peers and country teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
- Inter-disciplinary interests and experience, such as working across different sectors, countries, and roles.
- At least six years of working experience in fields like public opinion research, public policy, political science, and international relations.
