About the Role
We are seeking an office administrator (m/f/d) for our Berlin location, available immediately, for part-time or full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Independently write correspondence, circulars, minutes, and legal documents, both independently and from dictation.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
- Independently process incoming mail and forward relevant documents on time.
- Answer telephone calls and provide information to our clients.
- General office organization, file management, and digital document archiving.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an office management assistant (m/f/d).
- Professional experience is desirable – career starters are also very welcome.
- Structured, conscientious, and independent work style.
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office; DATEV knowledge is an advantage.
- Team-oriented and service-oriented work style, enjoyment of communication.
