About the Role
We are seeking financially savvy retail employees for our Berlin branch, available for full-time or part-time employment (minimum 32 hours/week), to handle the buying, selling, and pawning of jewelry and precious metals, as well as foreign currency exchange.
Responsibilities
- Buying and selling jewelry and high-quality watches, including sales consultation
- Valuation and pawning of jewelry, watches, and precious metals
- Processing pawn loan agreements
- Buying and selling foreign currencies and precious metals
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or several years of commercial professional experience
- Professional experience in jewelry retail, pawn shops, or foreign exchange business is advantageous
- Enjoy customer interaction and high service orientation
- Quick comprehension and negotiation skills
- High social competence and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills – very good German language skills; foreign language skills are advantageous
