About the Role

Doodle is seeking a commercially driven, proactive Customer Value Consultant to join their team. This role involves owning a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, focusing on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal, acting as a revenue-generating partner to the Sales team. The ideal candidate will be energized by building customer relationships that lead to measurable business outcomes and think in terms of pipeline as much as satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

  • Build the business case by running pre-sale value discovery with enterprise prospects and quantifying upside in the prospect's own units.
  • Set baseline and target metrics upfront, defining enterprise outcomes and measurement methods.
  • Lead structured onboarding for new enterprise customers against the agreed business case to deliver value.
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and map accounts.
  • Run value reviews at 3 and 6 months to test if customers are realizing agreed-upon value.
  • Drive proactive, usage-triggered outreach based on account health and usage signals.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities, build expansion business cases, and discover new use cases.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to progress expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a value-led sales, value consulting, account management, or commercial Customer Success role within B2B SaaS, or a management-consulting background moving into SaaS.
  • Track record of building quantified, customer-specific business cases and tying engagements to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with confidence to engage economic buyers and build champions.
  • Comfortable working alongside Account Executives in a coordinated land-and-expand motion.
  • Proactive by default, acting on value and risk signals before customers raise them.
  • Highly data-driven, using adoption data, health scores, and usage signals to prioritize time and guide conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted workflows and automation tools is a plus.
  • Must be based and have the right to work in London.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not provided.
