About the Role

KLA's LS-SWIFT division is seeking a Product Marketing professional to direct the development of market requirements, product strategy, and business plans for their patterned wafer inspection systems. This role involves market research, competitive analysis, and defining pricing strategies to ensure market leadership and customer success in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
• Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
• Establish pricing strategies.
• Interact with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
• Lead new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where requires some level of analysis.
• Collect data on a variety of factors, including market trends, customer information, competition and environmental information, in order to support or provide input on the company strategies or policies.
• Execute strategies and support sales channel for a region or a customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, or a related role within the semiconductor technology industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into business actions.
• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and business planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
