About the Role
This role supports finance-related activities within regional locations, including end-of-month reporting, general ledger maintenance, payroll, and accounts receivable, as part of the Regional Finance Team reporting to the APAC Head of Finance.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of end-of-month financial reporting pack.
- End-of-month journals and reconciliations.
- Responsible for general ledger maintenance.
- Accounts receivable including preparation of client progress claims.
- Monthly payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Assistance with end-of-year financial audits.
Requirements
- Holding an Accounting certification or degree with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role preparing end-of-month financials.
- Possess good knowledge of IFRS, GST and ERP system.
- Highly numerate, with proven time management skills.
- Excellent customer service standards, dealing professionally, confidently and effectively with internal staff and external contacts and advisers across international borders.
