About the Role

This role supports finance-related activities within regional locations, including end-of-month reporting, general ledger maintenance, payroll, and accounts receivable, as part of the Regional Finance Team reporting to the APAC Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of end-of-month financial reporting pack.
• End-of-month journals and reconciliations.
• Responsible for general ledger maintenance.
• Accounts receivable including preparation of client progress claims.
• Monthly payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Assistance with end-of-year financial audits.

Requirements

• Holding an Accounting certification or degree with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role preparing end-of-month financials.
• Possess good knowledge of IFRS, GST and ERP system.
• Highly numerate, with proven time management skills.
• Excellent customer service standards, dealing professionally, confidently and effectively with internal staff and external contacts and advisers across international borders.
