About the Role
The Workday Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, collaborating with teams, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting end users to maximize the value of Workday. This role ensures the smooth operation of Workday functionalities, modules, and integrations, enabling efficient human resources, payroll, and finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Workday system, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
- Maintain system documentation, including business processes, configurations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve Workday functionalities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday, providing relevant and timely HR, payroll, and financial insights to stakeholders.
- Provide end-user support, guidance, and training on Workday functionalities, modules, and self-service features.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and FAQs to facilitate system adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to conduct system testing, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and implement change management strategies for Workday system updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Workday modules and configurations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools.
