About the Role
This lead position is looking to develop into a Senior Category Manager for the right candidate. The role involves engaging with internal/external stakeholders and leaders to develop and implement category strategies, manage teams, and deliver on targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's net zero carbon transition goals.
Responsibilities
- Category management.

- Supervising daily activities of the team and the achievement of agreed targets and objectives.
- Due diligence and company/market understanding.
- Value creating re process, performance and commercial activity.
- Delivers the development of plan/s and implementation.
- Coordinating activities across the team and providing support to team.
- Managing teams, driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Requirements
