About the Role
The Retail Sales & Delivery Associate provides an elevated guest experience through both in-store service and scheduled deliveries. This role acts as a brand ambassador, supporting sales, product education, and store operations while ensuring safe and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests and providing product guidance
- Support sales through recommendations, promotions, and product knowledge
- Maintain high product knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant guest education
- Assist with merchandising, store setup, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Process transactions accurately while following inventory and operational procedures
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members to support store success
- Safely complete deliveries, including order handling, loading, and transportation
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery procedures in accordance with regulations
- Communicate clearly with guests and dispatch, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain professionalism, a safe driving record, and compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Full 'G' for ON or Class 5 for BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Personal insured vehicle with coverage permitting business use
- Smartphone with data plan and comfort using apps
- Strong guest service mindset and communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
