About the Role

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, answering phone calls for bookings and handling inquiries professionally. You will provide empathetic support and guidance, collaborate with other agents, and build relationships with teams, patients, and referrers. Future potential to incorporate hybrid work from home options.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
• Experience in a contact centre is not required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
