About the Role

As a Functional Analyst within the Enterprise Systems team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical systems, playing a crucial part in evolving platforms, driving innovation, and impacting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the functional analysis, design, and configuration of MS D365 F&O across modules including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, GL, Subscription billing and Tax, Data Management, and workflow configurations.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Work with technical developers to ensure functional designs are accurately translated into working technical solutions.
  • Support business users with D365 functionalities and assist in reviewing system capabilities during upgrades.
  • Proactively identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as a Functional Analyst.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in D365 implementations and support.
  • Sound functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of ERP-related business processes.
  • Solid experience with requirements gathering.
  • Experience creating functional design documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Mindset aligned with company values: empathy, challenging the status quo, taking creative risks, and adapting quickly.
  • Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
