About the Role
This role is central to Brighte's operations and infrastructure transformation, focusing on identifying technological value, building cases for change, and leading end-to-end implementation across Data, Operations, Technology, and Engineering. You will map processes, design fixes, ensure new tools integrate properly, and use AI tools for analysis and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of Brighte's business, processes, and data landscape to identify, prioritise, and roadmap AI and automation opportunities based on commercial impact and feasibility
- Build business cases connecting technology solutions to measurable outcomes, including cost-benefit and risk analysis
- Redesign broken or inefficient workflows, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure systems — including data flows, integrations, and API specifications
- Build for scale: documented, repeatable processes that transfer across teams, with continuous optimisation post-launch
- Partner with functional leaders and facilitate workshops to align initiatives with Brighte's strategic roadmap, acting as key liaison in Agile delivery
- Be the connective tissue between infrastructure, data, and systems architecture — maintaining strong governance across data quality, performance, and testing
Requirements
- ~3+ years' proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role, specifically involving data, analytics, or AI projects.
- Real depth in AI, including hands-on experience with enterprise AI and automation platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent.
- Proven track record identifying operational problems, assessing their commercial value, and leading solutions through to delivery.
- Comfortable operating in Agile delivery environments and working with standard project tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift and initiative is rewarded.
