About the Role
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will find and hire top talent for Caseware's Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI-focused teams, playing a critical part in building talent pipelines and hiring capabilities to support the company's long-term business strategy. You will partner with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity by managing the entire recruitment process, from requirements gathering to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Drive hiring velocity across multiple technical functions by proactively managing pipelines, reducing time-to-fill, and identifying opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively collaborate with divisional leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify hiring needs, role requirements and leverage their networks for top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers through to the candidate’s first day.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals and contribute to positive branding efforts.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data-centric decisions.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting technologies and automation tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, talent mapping, market research, scheduling, and operational efficiency while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

- Candidates who demonstrate an AI-first mindset, both in the roles they pursue and in driving hiring process efficiency.
- Knowledge with hiring regulations and compliance is a must!
- Proven success operating in high-growth environments where hiring velocity, stakeholder management, and competing priorities are critical to business success.
- Experience with managing multiple projects at any given time (typically navigating 5-15 roles at a time), speaking/interviewing numerous candidates per day (4-8 typically) with an ability to prioritize.
- Gifted storyteller and able to translate complex ideas/products in a meaningful and compelling way.
- Building network and information sources to keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and has an ability to communicate challenges to market in a clear and timely manner.
- A team player who loves collaborating, learning and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- The recruitment process may use AI assisted tools but not for candidate screening or assessment. All final hiring decisions are made by humans to ensure fairness, transparency, and oversight.
- Any candidates successful in obtaining an offer for a position will need to successfully complete a background check through Certn.co which typically includes an Identity Verification and Criminal Record Check. Executives and Senior Managers will undergo a Soft Credit Check as well. Candidates residing in the Netherlands and Germany are excluded from undergoing background checks via Certn.co.

- $70,000 CAD and $90,000 CAD per year
