About the Role

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF), across all services, programs, and sub-programs as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the business and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all assigned administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date electronic records to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Fosters professional and effective communication among all business stakeholders

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy across all data processes and functions
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional personal and professional customer service to diverse cultural groups, fostering inclusivity and understanding
  • Established ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely and efficient delivery of outcomes
  • Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders in a multicultural learning environment
  • Advanced computer application skills including Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Student Management System VETtrak
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the VET sector
  • Knowledge of Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programs
