About the Role
As a Workspace Experience Associate, you will be the welcoming face and go-to person in the clubhouse, responsible for greeting members, organizing events, and ensuring the space runs smoothly. You will focus on delivering premium, personalized service to ensure every interaction is exceptional. This role will operate across four Sydney CBD locations.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized experiences for members and guests as the welcoming face of the workspace.
- Manage day-to-day member and guest inquiries, booking requests, and mail promptly.
- Assist with cafe operations by preparing beverages.
- Organize and execute workplace events, from small meetings to larger gatherings.
- Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies.
- Assist with daily workspace operations, including opening and closing procedures and space checks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
- Strong customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient multitasking abilities.
- Genuine passion for building relationships and fostering rapport.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain RSA and Food Handling Certificate.
