About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Retail Associate to join our Bondi Junction boutique. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys premium retail, takes pride in presentation, and genuinely likes helping customers. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering thoughtful, high-quality service in a busy, high-profile location.
Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, personalised customer service
- Supporting customers to find the right product for their needs
- Sharing product knowledge and brand values in a natural way
- Processing transactions accurately using POS
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Supporting stock replenishment and back-of-house organisation
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- A professional, friendly communication style
- Strong attention to presentation and store standards
- The ability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster, including weekends
- An interest in premium retail, design or sustainability
