About the Role

Paramount Settlement Advisors is seeking a candidate who demonstrates initiative and accountability to support Case Managers and the advisor team by managing lead follow-up, financial illustration production, case organization, and administrative tasks. This role requires proactive follow-up, independent problem-solving, and clear communication to ensure accuracy and reliability in client service.

Responsibilities

  • Drive follow-up of incomplete leads, coordinating with internal team members and communicating directly with external contacts to collect missing information.
  • Ensure every lead is complete and ready for conversion.
  • Timely and accurately produce financial illustrations using firm-specific software.
  • Proof and prepare physical and digital illustrative and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files in case management software.
  • Track key documents, outstanding items, and case milestones, logging all follow-up attempts and actions.
  • Create and maintain physical and digital case folders upon lead conversion.
  • Prepare case end-of-life documents.
  • Scan and digitize physical case file documents into the firm's database and filing system.
  • Maintain general internal recordkeeping responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
  • Personal injury experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and email with paralegals and attorneys.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously improve.
