About the Role

Collective is seeking a strategic, hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to develop programs, content, and training that optimize the performance of the go-to-market team. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing to equip Account Executives and BDRs for rapid ramp-up, improved performance, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and iterate on email cadences, urgency campaigns, and seasonal playbooks across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Implement and manage a structured A/B testing program for sales communications with clear measurement and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain segmented sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, and objection handlers, ensuring content remains current with policy and regulatory changes.
  • Support content initiatives on platforms like Reddit and community forums, collaborating with Growth and BDR teams to drive call volume.
  • Manage the Account Executive and BDR training curriculum, from new hire onboarding to ongoing development, extending training to related GTM roles.
  • Design and maintain 60-day onboarding plans with KPI milestones, partnering with hiring managers to meet ramp targets.
  • Build certification programs to ensure sales readiness before quota assignment.
  • Facilitate a peer call review culture and establish feedback loops for continuous team improvement.
  • Track and own outcomes, including campaign performance, training compliance, and rep ramp metrics against benchmarks.
  • Utilize Nooks, Salesforce, and BI tools to analyze insights and report program ROI.
  • Proactively identify and address gaps in rep knowledge, collateral, or campaign performance.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments (Legal, EPD, Product, Growth, Member Services) to translate policy and product changes into actionable guidance.
  • Gather customer and field insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Head of Growth Marketing on strategic GTM projects.
  • Be available to act as an Account Executive and conduct sales calls as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or revenue marketing, with a track record of owning programs end-to-end.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in tax, accounting, or small business finance, including a strong understanding of S-Corps, reasonable compensation, and entity formation.
  • Proven ability to build and enhance sales training curricula that measurably reduce ramp time and improve quota attainment.
  • Strong content creation and writing skills, capable of producing high-converting sales emails and executive-level presentations.
  • Analytical proficiency, including report generation, measurement framework development, and data-driven insights presentation.
  • Comfort working autonomously and navigating ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams (Legal, Product, Sales) on deliverables under pressure.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Nooks, Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus.
  • Experience with conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Momentum, Chorus) is a plus.
  • Experience enabling or working within a BDR/SDR organization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets is required; SQL is a strong plus.
