About the Role

Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
• Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement

Requirements

• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
• DOT Medical Certification
• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles
