About the Role

Accountable for the performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of ARN’s enterprise, broadcast, and playout application environments. Operates across business-critical enterprise systems and high-availability broadcast and content platforms supporting live and digital operations. Leads application support and development activities, partnering with technology, content, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and fit-for-purpose solutions. Plays a critical role in enabling seamless on-air execution, content delivery, and enterprise efficiency across ARN’s national footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of enterprise, broadcast, and playout application environments.
  • Operate business-critical enterprise systems and high-availability broadcast and content platforms.
  • Lead application support and development activities.
  • Partner with technology, content, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Enable seamless on-air execution, content delivery, and enterprise efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong capability in managing enterprise, data, broadcast, and playout applications across their full lifecycle, ensuring stability, security, and value.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead application and data development activities, coordinating internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.
  • Solid understanding of application support, service management, and operational delivery in high-availability, time-critical environments.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage incidents, changes, and enhancements while balancing operational stability and continuous improvement.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technology, data, broadcast, content, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and drive disciplined execution.
