About the Role
This newly created role focuses on expanding the global reach of the CPAdvance™ startup by nurturing leads and converting prospects into infant intervention training participants. The role involves managing customer journeys, developing content, analyzing campaign performance, and driving course enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM data and customer journeys
- Develop engaging email campaigns and marketing communications
- Create content to drive customer engagement and training course sales
- Maintain content calendars for customer journey communications
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, subject matter experts, and agencies
- Analyze and track campaign performance with actionable reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Research, and Training teams
- Support customer enquiries and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in CRM marketing and communications
- Strong written communication, copywriting, and editing skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing customer journeys and audience segmentation
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data
- Experience using a CRM platform
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
