About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanning (RF gun) to pick, pack, and process orders accurately
• Ensure products/orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time
• Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Identify and report hazards, damages, or incidents immediately
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Requirements

• Forklift experience is essential (valid license required)
• RF gun/scanner experience is essential
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills
