About the Role

This role is critical in keeping the store running efficiently, ensuring stock is received, processed and replenished with accuracy so our customers always have access to the right product at the right time. Working closely with the Store Management team, you will take ownership of the stockroom, managing deliveries, transfers and inventory flow while maintaining a clean, well-structured stock space. Your role will directly support the sales team by ensuring stock is readily available and the shop floor is consistently replenished and presented to a high standard. You’ll develop a strong understanding of stock movement, best sellers and slower moving products, using this insight to support the store’s overall performance. While primarily based in the stockroom, there will also be times where you step onto the shop floor to support the team and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stockroom, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory flow.
  • Maintain a clean and well-structured stock space.
  • Ensure stock is readily available for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a stockroom, inventory, or retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
