About the Role

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in South Austin, offering a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

  • Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Salary/Compensations

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70 - $87+ per visit
