About the Role
As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues. You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards. This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary/Compensations
- $33.33 per hour
- Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
- Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM
- 25% for hours worked on Saturday
- 100% for hours worked on Sunday
- 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
