Responsibilities
- Build strong business relationships with customers in collaboration with ISS, from lead generation to closing.
- Possess detailed product knowledge and clinical/economic benefits, product positioning, value propositions, and solution information to effectively differentiate in presentations.
- Share knowledge and skills with team members in a timely manner to improve the overall knowledge of the team.
- Collaborate with ISS/BSL/ZL at each stage of the sales process, including early stages, to understand the overall job story, consider job strategies, and propose next actions.
- Build relationships with radiation oncologists, technicians, clinical departments, and CXOs, identify key decision-makers, understand their needs, and make proposals that differentiate from competitors.
- Provide appropriate training to ISS regarding competitor movements and market trends for assigned products and solutions.
- Analyze market trends from field and competitor data, formulate area strategies, involve ISS/BSL/ZL in execution, and continuously review to inform next actions.
- Build a KOL network in the assigned area/zone and for products in collaboration with ISS/BSL/ZL.
- Maximize the impact of new product introductions (NPI) through effective sales tool creation, usage, and seminars in collaboration with product and field marketing.
- Represent the company at medical and technical conferences to promote products, solutions, and the company.
- Contribute to customer solution activities by collaborating with internal members, including Ultrasound, LCS, and SV, as One GEHC.
Requirements
- Possess specialized knowledge in radiation technology, particularly in mammography and bone densitometry equipment.
- Experience in the medical device industry is desirable (3+ years of experience is a plus).
- Experience in sales, including strategic transactions and negotiations.
- Experience connecting external and internal team members in the process of solving problems.
- Ability to grasp the essence of complex issues and communicate key points simply.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
- Ability to drive for business purposes.
