About the Role
PropertyMe is Australia's #1 property management platform. Your role will be to onboard new users, guide them through the system, and empower them to work smarter, not harder, making real estate professionals' lives easier by helping them get the most out of their CRM.
Responsibilities
- Initiate onboarding and training plans
- Checkin calls throughout the onboarding journey to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Create conversion balances
- Responding to support tickets
- Phone and Zoom support
- Data migration support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate and support data transfers
- Assist clients with receipting/reconciling their CRM account
- Ensure clients are responded to within agreed SLAs
- Assist the Onboarding and Data Service team as required
- Confidently navigate through internally used programs such as Slack, Trello, Google Suite, Salesforce and Zendesk
- Gather website requirements and coordinate with the website team
- Assist the website team as required
Requirements
- Real Estate industry experience
- Ability to empathise and instil confidence in customers
- Ability to understand unique learning needs and customise training plans
- Ability to help customers streamline workflows, manage contacts, and maximise productivity
- Ability to love your numbers
- Ability to help determine customers' success and PropertyMe's reputation for excellent customer service
