About the Role
As a Social Content Creator, you will concept and produce planned and reactive content for clients and prospects. This role involves agile production of lo-fi content, content capture for shoot days, and developing creative concepts to support strategy and new business pitches.
Responsibilities
- Generate compelling, platform-native, and on-brand content ideas
- Monitor social channels in real-time to identify trends, viral audio, and cultural moments
- Script, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality, lo-fi social content
- Design static and motion assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Attend brand events, product launches, and activations to capture real-time content
- Collaborate with social strategists to develop creator briefs
- Leverage WPP Open AI platform to drive production efficiencies and automation
Requirements
- 2+ years of agency or client-side experience, or experience as a social creator
- Deep familiarity with native creator tools across major social platforms
- Proven record of accomplishment as a successful social content creator or influencer
- Personal or professional portfolio or active social accounts demonstrating content creation ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
- Strong initiative and project ownership skills
