About the Role

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for partner companies on construction sites, providing expert support for material, hydraulics, and installation processes.
Coordinate work preparation, ensure material availability, and manage appointment scheduling for smooth and timely project starts.
Meticulously review installation documentation, site photos, and acceptance protocols, and independently decide on necessary rework.
Verify and approve partner company invoices against the specified bill of quantities (LV).
Maintain partner data and current installation status in Salesforce for maximum transparency.

Requirements

Completed SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) apprenticeship or comparable technical qualification.
Cross-entry candidates with shorter training periods are welcome if they have relevant experience in technical internal sales.
Demonstrable experience in technical internal sales, SHK wholesale (material trade), or technical internal sales.
In-depth knowledge of heat pump/HVAC materials, ability to read hydraulic diagrams, understand technical plans, and accurately estimate material requirements.
Direct, clear, and respectful communication style with craft and SHK companies.
Proficiency with modern digital systems, ideally with experience in CRM and field service tools like Salesforce or Praxedo.
Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing.
