Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with commercial real estate (CRE) partners.
- Host regular check-ins, on-site meetings, and events to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistics for partner meetings, property visits, and events.
- Position Pilot as a strategic partner and trusted resource for building operators.
- Serve as a resource for partners by sharing updates, insights, and best practices about Pilot’s services.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address partner inquiries promptly.
- Proactively gather feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for additional collaboration.
- Work closely with management and marketing team to align partnership goals and priorities.
- Assist in creating and managing materials for partner meetings and events.
- Document insights about the competitive landscape, tenant profiles, and demographics.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of partner interactions, building details, and other relevant information in Pilot’s CRM.
- Track and report on the health and growth of partner relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on relationship-building activities and key performance metrics.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes, systems, and workflows to optimize for efficiency.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the partner experience through innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in relationship management, account management, or a related field, with a preference for commercial real estate.
- Willing to work in the field up to 5 days a week as required.
- Comfortable working outside traditional business hours for events.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and other standard sales and relationship management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an environment with minimal direction.
