About the Role

The Corporate Strategy team at Wolters Kluwer drives growth and strategic transformation. This role involves a mix of classic strategy and hands-on transformation work, innovation, and supporting executive leadership. The position offers unique opportunities for high-level portfolio strategy and business deep-dives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP of Corporate Strategy, Chief Strategy Officer, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead project work, including market deep-dives and business diagnostics with actionable recommendations.
  • Run the annual strategic planning process.
  • Support the Executive Board (CEO and CFO) and the Supervisory Board.
  • Partner with divisions and business units on project work.
  • Guide team members.
  • Establish trust and credibility across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  • Prior to Wolters Kluwer: 5+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence work.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams on the ground.
  • Preference for B2B tech industry focus.
  • Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.

  • Intellectual curiosity and disciplined approach to solving problems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, to make clear recommendations and influence stakeholders to drive alignment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience Level

  • 5+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university

Salary/Compensations

  • $181,900.00 - $325,050.00 USD
  • This role is eligible for Bonus.
