About the Role
Crestwood is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team as a Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide). This role involves assisting in the therapeutic environment by monitoring clients, facilitating supervised rehabilitation groups, and aiding in crisis intervention. The organization focuses on creating innovative recovery programs and supportive communities, empowering clients in their personal recovery journeys.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu
- Monitoring and communicating with persons served
- Providing rehabilitation groups under supervision
- Assisting in crisis intervention
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing, Program Director, or designee
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- A compassionate mindset toward those who are in recovery
