About the Role

The Lead Product Owner leads the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems, specifically owning the end-to-end product vision for Salesforce CRM and its integrations to drive operational efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and strategy for assigned enterprise systems.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements for efficiency and performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflows and pain points into actionable improvements.
  • Design and optimize system configurations, automation, and data models within Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage integrations across the enterprise technology stack.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure system effectiveness and platform health.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure data integrity and process adherence.
  • Conduct cross-functional business reviews and stakeholder syncs.
  • Drive change management, end-user training, and documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and platform capabilities.
  • Apply product vision to Quote to Fulfillment capabilities including quoting, pricing, and contracting.
  • Design CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and approval workflows within Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Manage Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) for scalable quoting and order orchestration.
  • Align Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes with upstream and downstream needs.
  • Manage integrations between CPQ, CLM, ERP, and billing systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and system adoption.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, administration, and automation.
  • Proven ability to design business process workflows and data models.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools like Salesforce Reports/Dashboards or Tableau.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Fulfillment platform ownership.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) and CLM preferred.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, discounting models, and deal-desk processes preferred.
  • Experience with integrations across CPQ, CLM, ERP, and billing systems preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $120,200—$180,300 CAD
