About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess clients to identify individual problem areas necessitating treatment and complete assessments.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning efforts.
- Coordinate overall treatment plan implementation for the client on the unit.
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure continuity of treatment efforts.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards.
