About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients to identify individual problem areas necessitating treatment.
  • Complete client assessments.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Manage discharge planning efforts among the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Coordinate overall treatment plan implementation on the unit.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of treatment efforts.

Requirements

  • Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
  • Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
