About the Role

The Concierge Team Lead plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the Club’s Concierge desk while supporting front-of-house service excellence and member engagement. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day Concierge operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and delivering a seamless arrival and guest experience for Members and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional front-line service by warmly greeting Members, guests, and visitors while creating a welcoming and professional first impression of The Boulevard Club.
  • Lead daily Concierge Desk operations, ensuring seamless front-of-house service delivery and consistent execution of Club service standards.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to Members and guests by responding to inquiries related to Club services, amenities, programs, events, reservations, and general Club operations.
  • Manage all front desk administrative functions including switchboard operations, reservation coordination, mail and package distribution, gift certificate processing, lost and found, and retail merchandise transactions.
  • Support Member engagement by assisting with new Member onboarding, orientation, and providing information that enhances the overall Member experience.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and direction to Concierge team members while supporting training, coaching, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
  • Monitor team performance and assist in coordinating daily workflow priorities to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service excellence during all shifts.
  • Act as the department lead in the absence of the Concierge Manager, ensuring continuity of operations while independently addressing service, operational, or staffing challenges as required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Membership, Food & Beverage, Fitness, and Marine Operations to ensure smooth Club-wide communication and service coordination.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and elevate the overall Member experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, front desk operations, or customer service environments.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to guide and support team members effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional Member and guest experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing operational demands effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, reservation platforms, and general administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.
