About the Role
The Philanthropy Program Manager serves as the primary liaison to the Women's Auxiliary, strategizing and implementing initiatives to drive social impact through effective fundraising and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, organize, coordinate, and direct day-to-day operations of the Women’s Auxiliary for Angel Tree programs.
- Ensure office tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Cross-train and support office assignments with a focus on deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate Women’s Auxiliary volunteer events and projects.
- Advise and direct volunteers in event setup using necessary staff and volunteer resources.
- Serve as a liaison to the Women’s Auxiliary by providing research, reports, and materials.
Requirements
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak before small and large groups.
- Ability to travel to various locations for meetings and conferences.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in operating general office equipment.
- Willingness to conduct duties in accordance with the organization's Christian principles.
- Valid State Driver's License.
