Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Conduct electrical repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Repair drywall, filling holes and preparing for painting.
• Perform painting touch-ups and full unit repaints.
• Repair, replace, or install household appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and smoke detectors.
• Perform health and safety maintenance tasks to ensure resident well-being.
• Install locks to enhance property security.

Requirements

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.
