About the Role

The Service Captain will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the guest experience while supporting the team in the dining room, ensuring each guest receives warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality that reflects our Michelin-starred standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an established team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure flawless service execution in a warm and hospitable environment.
  • Deliver a relaxed but refined service throughout each stage of the guest journey.
  • Guide guests through the tasting menu while building lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain consistent steps of service with precise attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize each interaction with care, timing, and professionalism.
  • Contribute actively to pre-service and post-service, training sessions, and feedback loops that support team growth.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a Service Captain, Sommelier, or Server in a fine dining establishment for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Possess a warm, professional demeanor with a passion for service excellence, attention to detail, and hospitality.
  • Ability to provide a thoughtful, accurate, and precise service while creating lasting memories for our guests.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to lead by example and support team members in real time.
  • Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have open full-time availability to work nights and weekends, including holidays from 1pm-close.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Possess the legal ability to work with alcohol including valid all state/locally required alcohol certifications.
