About the Role
Design Consultants at 3 Day Blinds meet clients in their homes, help them design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll build a high-impact career.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
- Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
- Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build additional business through referrals and local networking
- Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
Requirements
- A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
- Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
- Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
- Flexible to work at least one weekend day
- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally
- Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles
