About the Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mamaroneck is growing and actively hiring Massage Therapists. Our membership-based model creates a steady flow of guests and repeat clientele, allowing Massage Therapists to build strong client relationships and maximize earning potential without the stress of finding their own clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each guest's needs
- Create customized treatment plans that support long-term wellness goals
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and care
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and common areas
- Educate guests on treatment recommendations and wellness benefits
Requirements
- Active New York State Massage Therapy License
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform consecutive 50-minute and 80-minute massage sessions
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage required
- Knowledge of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, or other modalities is a plus
- Passion for helping people through the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy
